Bob Scruggs is a member in the Houston office of King, Krebs, & Jurgens and his practice focuses on insurance coverage & defense, general casualty defense, products liability, commercial litigation, environmental and toxic torts, and admiralty. In 1992 he was certified as a mediator by the Attorney-Mediators Institute. Bob was formerly a partner with the firm of Whittington, Pfeiffer & Vacek, and a successor firm of Pfeiffer, Vacek, Pfeiffer, Scruggs & Hoffman, L.L.P., both of Houston. Bob joined our Houston office on August 1, 2001.
Bob was born in Houston, Texas, and was admitted to the Bar of the State of Texas in 1977. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1974 with a B.B.A. in insurance. He then attended the University of Texas School of Law, obtaining his juris doctorate degree in 1977.
