Jeffrey M. Burmaster
Jeff Burmaster joined the firm's New Orleans office in 1988 and specializes in commercial real estate, commercial transactions, banking, bankruptcy, maritime vessel financing and sales, and general corporate advices. Jeff has represented financial institutions, large and small maritime companies, shopping centers, and commercial real estate developers during every stage of purchase and sale financing, leasing, and the transactional processes and has also represented institutional lenders in real estate trust loan work outs and foreclosures.
A New Orleans native, Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of New Orleans in 1977, and a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University in 1982. Jeff was admitted to the Bar of the State of Louisiana in 1986 after receiving his J.D. from Loyola Law School.
