Charlotte P. Livingston
Charlotte was first associated with King, Krebs & Jurgens in 2004 and has been Of Counsel since 2008. Her practice focuses on toxic tort liability, product liability, and Defense Base Act claims. Charlotte has been a general civil litigator since 2000, with an emphasis on product liability and toxic tort, including mass torts and class actions. She has also managed the Louisiana dockets of major corporations, including numerous Fortune 500 companies.
After earning her B.A. in Elementary Education from the University of New Orleans, Charlotte attended Loyola University School of Law, where she graduated in the top 25% of her class in 2000. An accomplished writer, Charlotte has been published in John E. Wade II's compilation of essays How To Achieve A Heaven On Earth as well as in magazines including nola baby, the Junior League of New Orleans' Lagniappe, and Louisiana Cookin'.
