Ashley P. Gonzalez
Ashley Gonzalez has been an associate in the New Orleans office since March 2008. She represents lenders in vessel financing transactions and other financing matters. She also assists in drafting contracts and leases for a national air medical transportation company and assists with other business related matters. In 2009, Ashley assisted in representing an independent tax-exempt hospital in connection with the establishment of a two-hospital system to secure a minimum $100,00,000 capital infusion.
Ashley was born in Mobile, Alabama, and graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism in 2003. In 2006, Ashley received her J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans Louisiana. She was Print Editor of the Loyola Journal of Public Interest Law. She also received certificates in both Civil Law and International Law.
