The conference covered a myriad of topics from ethical problems in oil and gas litigation to mitigating liability in costly and unpredictable environmental claims and Eric joined a group of widely respected featured speakers, including oil and gas industry experts and Court of Appeals judges from Louisiana, Texas and California.
