King, Krebs & Jurgens attorneys Bob Burvant and Grant Coleman successfully defended a firm client in the trial of a sales and use tax matter where the LDR was seeking approximately $2 million in tax, interest and penalties. On April 19, 2010, Civil District Court Judge Michael Bagneris issued a Judgment in favor of the firm’s client finding no tax liability was due.
