King, Krebs & Jurgens Member David A. Strauss was a featured speaker at the National Business Institute's "Litigating Bad Faith Insurance Claims" seminar March 25 at the InterContinental New Orleans. The seminars focus was "Litigating Bad Faith Insurance Claims" and David discussed discovery issues with respect to insurer bad faith litigation. David is a regular presenter on the topics of insurance bad faith litigation and insurance coverage and defense.
A managing member in the New Orleans office of King, Krebs & Jurgens, David focuses his practice on the representation of insurers in bad faith litigation, catastrophe/mass tort defense, insurance fraud claims and insurance coverage matters.
