King, Krebs & Jurgens Named Pro Bono Firm of the Year

December 20, 2007

King, Krebs & Jurgens (formerly King LeBlanc & Bland) is very pleased to announce that it was recently named the New Orleans Pro Bono Firm of the Year for 2007. The award was shared with three other law firms. The firm was presented the award in recognition of its institution of a program which commits all of its attorneys to participation in pro bono matters for the indigent. The award was presented to John Cangelosi, the firm’s attorney responsible for coordinating the pro bono program, by Justice Kimball of the Louisiana Supreme Court. King, Krebs & Jurgens is deeply committed to serving the less fortunate who often times are denied access to justice. The need for pro bono legal services is greater than ever as New Orleans continues its rebound from Hurricane Katrina.
