King, Krebs & Jurgens Awarded the Camille Gravel Pro Bono Award for 2009
July 2009King, Krebs & Jurgens, PLLC has been awarded the Camille Gravel Pro Bono Award for 2009. The Camille Gravel Award is given annually by the Federal Bar Association to recognize law firms which devoted substantial time to the handling of pro bono matters. In particular the FBA is acknowledging King, Krebs & Jurgens' service as counsel appointed by the federal bench to handle capital post conviction proceedings. A brass plate recognizing their contribution will be displayed in the Federal Bar Association's Attorney Conference Center in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. The award will be formally presented to King, Krebs & Jurgens at the FBA’s Annual Luncheon on August 21, 2009 at the Plimsoll Club.
